{"id":6641,"date":"2015-04-17T10:15:42","date_gmt":"2015-04-17T08:15:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/drive-smart.com\/es\/?p=6641"},"modified":"2018-12-10T14:39:50","modified_gmt":"2018-12-10T13:39:50","slug":"alcoholimetros-de-parkings-discotecas-son-fiables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/drive-smart.com\/es\/blog\/2015\/04\/17\/alcoholimetros-de-parkings-discotecas-son-fiables\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcohol\u00edmetros de parkings, discotecas&#8230; \u00bfson fiables?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><strong><span style=\"color: #027d2d\"><span style=\"color: #1d2d38\">Hace un par de d\u00edas cuando volv\u00eda al parking donde hab\u00eda aparcado mi coche, vi que hab\u00eda un alcohol\u00edmetro para comprobar el nivel de alcoholemia. \u00bfQu\u00e9 fiabilidad tienen estos dispositivos? \u00bfEst\u00e1n calibrados de la misma forma que los alcohol\u00edmetros que utiliza la Guardia Civil?<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #363636\">La autorizaci\u00f3n y homologaci\u00f3n de este tipo de aparatos se rige por la <strong>Orden ITC\/3707\/2006, de 22 de noviembre.<\/strong>\u00a0Ah\u00ed se regula el <strong>control metrol\u00f3gico<\/strong> de los instrumentos destinados a medir la <strong>concentraci\u00f3n de alcohol en el aire espirado<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #363636\">En el caso de que el aparato re\u00fana los requisitos de acuerdo con dicha Orden, s\u00ed se regir\u00eda por los mismos par\u00e1metros que los <strong><a title=\"\u00a1Alto, control de alcoholemia! \u00bfC\u00f3mo es y qu\u00e9 hacer?\" href=\"https:\/\/drive-smart.com\/es\/blog\/2014\/07\/10\/alto-control-de-alcoholemia-como-es-y-que-hacer\/\">alcohol\u00edmetros de cualquier entidad p\u00fablica<\/a><\/strong>, puesto que para que est\u00e9 debidamente homologado deber\u00eda cumplir las pautas de dicha Orden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #363636\">Este tipo de <strong><a title=\"\u00bfSe puede enga\u00f1ar al alcohol\u00edmetro?\" href=\"https:\/\/drive-smart.com\/es\/blog\/2014\/09\/05\/se-puede-enganar-al-alcoholimetro\/\">alcohol\u00edmetros <\/a><\/strong>se pueden encontrar, sobre todo, en <a href=\"https:\/\/drive-smart.com\/es\/blog\/2015\/06\/11\/me-pueden-multar-dentro-de-un-parking-publico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>parkings p\u00fablicos<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>restaurantes<\/strong>, <strong>discotecas<\/strong> y <strong>hoteles<\/strong>. Funcionan como un <strong>instrumento de autodiagn\u00f3stico<\/strong> que permite a los conductores comprobar el nivel de alcohol ingerido.
